Terms of service
Reviewed with each platform release
These terms govern use of DocLab Solutions DB & Work OS, provided by GPenda Technologies. Access is granted by invitation only; there is no self-serve signup.
Access and accounts
Workspaces are provisioned by GPenda Technologies. The first administrator of each workspace is invited directly by us; that administrator then invites their own colleagues and assigns their roles.
You are responsible for the accuracy of role assignments in your workspace, and for keeping authentication factors confidential. We strongly recommend enrolling an authenticator app for every account with write access.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to access another workspace, bypass row-level security, or use the platform to store patient-identifiable clinical results.
Do not use automated agents to extract bulk data beyond the permissions granted to your role.
Your data
You retain ownership of everything you enter. GPenda Technologies processes it solely to operate the platform for you, and can produce a structured export on request.
Availability and support
We target continuous availability. Planned maintenance is announced in advance to workspace administrators.

Liability
DocLab Solutions supports your regulatory programme; it does not replace your own quality management responsibilities under CLIA, CAP or state licensure. You remain accountable for regulatory submissions and clinical decisions.
