Privacy notice

Account data: name, work email, authentication factors and session metadata (device, IP address, timestamps) used to secure sign-in.

Workspace records you create: accounts, sites, contacts, projects, tasks, equipment, inventory lots, tickets, documents, compliance items and file attachments.

Operational metadata: immutable audit entries for every create, update and delete, plus automation run logs and AI conversation history.

Every record carries the workspace it belongs to, and PostgreSQL row-level security enforces that boundary on every read and write — including for administrators and the AI assistant.

External client-portal users see only records belonging to their own company, and only where those records have been explicitly shared with them.

DocLab Solutions is an operational and compliance system, not a laboratory information system. Do not store patient-identifiable results or diagnoses in it. Fields are designed for programme, site, equipment and lot-level information.

The assistant only ever reads what the signed-in user is permitted to read, never performs a change without explicit in-app confirmation of that change and its consequences, and records every request in the audit trail.

Records persist until your workspace administrator deletes them; audit entries are retained for the life of the workspace and cannot be edited.
